The Social and Contemporary Values of Public Cultural Community
Based on the pilot projects gradually launched in the construction of primary-level public cultural service systems in Guangzhou since 2022 and the basic theories of a community with a shared future for mankind,the common human values and national governance construction,this article analyzes the new concept,idea and model of the public cultural community proposed by Guangzhou City.The article believes that the public cultural community is conducive to achieving transformation and upgrading in four aspects:from the public cultural service system to the public cultural cooperation alliance,from public cultural social participation to public cultural citizen participation,from public cultural security to public cultural influence,from public cultural co-construction and sharing to public cultural co-governance and co-creation.The article believes that the public cultural community is conducive to reflecting the values of public cultural rights,common interests of public culture,public cultural efficacy and public cultural governance.The article points out that the implementation of the public cultural community from"public culture+"to"public culture×"transformation and upgrading is an inevitable trend of the construction of primary-level public cultural service systems.
