摘要
广州市"公共文化服务共同体"建设的引领示范意义主要体现在四个方面:一是全面、准确落实和践行公共文化服务社会化发展;二是破除行业壁垒,打通全社会公共文化服务资源和服务;三是以标杆项目为抓手促进形成共建共享共治的实现路径;四是公共文化赋能基层社会治理.
Abstract
The leading and exemplary role of building a public cultural service community in Guangzhou is mainly embodied in four aspects:comprehensively and accurately implementing the socialized development of public cultural services;breaking down industry barriers and opening up the public cultural resources and services in the whole society;facilitating a path based on collaboration,participation,and shared benefits by creating benchmarking projects;and stimulating the social governance at the community level through public cultural empowerment.
