摘要
文章聚焦数字移民群体,在健康数字鸿沟视野下,利用深度访谈和质性分析方法,完成数字移民族群健康管护需求及壁垒的萃取,共提炼出健康管护需求初始概念54个、需求范畴24个、需求主范畴9个和核心维度4个,以及健康管护壁垒初始概念44个、壁垒范畴17个、壁垒主范畴8个以及核心维度3个.数字移民群体核心健康管护需求涉及个体、家庭、社会及政府、信息能力4个主维度,健康管护壁垒涉及情感认知、能力特征、外部特征3个主维度.从多维视域构建"亲友-家庭-平台-政府"四位一体的健康管护服务模型,以实现个体健康权利和充分享受数字红利为核心目标,从多层次、多领域为数字移民群体提供健康管护服务,可为自主自律参与社会整体健康建设保驾护航,以期实现"健康社会化,社会健康化"时代背景下个体健康服务的新发展.
Abstract
The study aims to realize the digital health dividend,improve the health level of digital immigrants,promote the multi-faceted layout and construction of the"big health"project,and advance the realization and development of the national strategic goal of"health for all and comprehensive health".Focusing on digital immigrants,and by means of in-depth interviews and qualitative analysis,it first tries to extract the health care needs and barriers of digital immigrants.As for the health care needs of digital immigrants,there are 54 initial concepts,24 need categories,9 main categories of needs and 4 core dimensions;as for the health care barriers of digital immigrants,there are 44 initial concepts,17 categories of barriers,8 main categories of barriers and 3 core dimensions.The result shows that the core health care needs of digital immigrants invole four main dimensions,i.e.,individual dimension,family dimension,social and government dimension,and information capability dimension,while the health care barriers of digital immigrants involve three main dimensions,i.e.,emotional cognitive dimension,capability characteristic dimension,and external characteristic dimension.It then proposes a four-in-one health care service model of"friends,family,platform and government"from a multidimensional perspective.With the core goal of realizing individual health rights and fully enjoying digital dividends,this service model takes into account multi-dimensional service contents,provides health care services for the group of digital migration from multiple levels and fields,and escorts them to participate in the overall health construction of society in a self-disciplined manner,so as to realize the further development of individual health services in the context of"socialization of health".
