Factors Influencing Intermittent Discontinuance Behavior of Mobile Library Users
In order to improve the continuous use behavior of mobile library users,we investigated the influencing factors and the formation mechanism of the intermittent discontinuance behavior of mobile library users, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the iterative renewal of mobile libraries.Based on the S-O-R model and expectancy disconfirmation theory,we developed a model and designed a questionnaire to obtain the data, which were analyzed using the partial least squares method. The results show that system overload, information overload and service overload affect perceived usefulness failure, system overload and service overload affect perceived ease of use failure, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness failure cause user dissatisfaction, resulting in intermittent discontinuance behavior. In response to the above findings, some recommendations are proposed for the optimization of mobile libraries.
