Abstract
The application of automation technologies to library acquisition and cataloging operations plays an important role in the development of smart libraries.By outlining the innovative exploration of"Library Turing"project in Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes the automation technologies applied to"Library Turing"and their effectiveness,and explores the principles,focus and difficulties in the application of automation technologies in book acquisition and cataloging.
