Identification of Implicit and Explicit Needs of Users of Public Digital Culture Mobile Service Platform
Identifying users'implicit and explicit needs and conducting satisfaction analysis can help the construction of public digital culture mobile service platforms.This paper develops an implicit demand and explicit demand recognition model of public digital culture mobile service platform,and uses the methods of mESM mobile experience sampling and inductive content analysis to study the three types of mobile service platforms of the Palace Ceramics Museum.Through specific practices,it obtains the ideal public digital culture mobile service platform for users,the identification results of hidden and explicit demand for the three mobile service platforms and the satisfaction of each index of the three mobile service platforms,and conducts correlation and comparative analysis.The results show that users are more satisfied with the Mini-Program,and the aesthetics of the platform and the ability to improve personal literacy have a significant positive impact on satisfaction.This paper proposes some suggestions for optimizing the public digital culture mobile service platform in terms of both demand and platform.
