大学生网络健康信息规避意图触发路径组态分析

摘要
文章探讨大学生网络健康信息规避意图的触发机理,为图书馆开展大学生网络健康信息教育、优化网络健康信息服务提供参考.基于组态视角,从用户行为相关理论出发选取变量并构建分析框架,对382位在校大学生进行在线调查,使用模糊集定性比较分析方法计算得出大学生网络健康信息规避意图触发的6种组态路径.结果显示:消极结果预期、感知信息质量、感知信息过载、信息主观规范和消极预期情感均作为核心或辅助条件对大学生网络健康信息规避意图触发产生影响.
Abstract
The paper discusses the triggering mechanism of university students'online health information avoidance intention,aiming to help libraries to provide better online health information education and other services towards university students.From the perspective of configuration analysis and guided by the theories of user behavior,it selects some variables,and constructs an analysis framework of such variables.Then,based on the online survey among 382 university students,and by means of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),it summarizes six triggering paths of university students'online health information avoidance intention.The result shows that the expectation of negative outcomes,the quality of perceived information,the overload of perceived information,the subjective norms of information and the negative anticipated emotion are the core or auxiliary factors in the triggering of university students'online health information avoidance intention.
