摘要
政务服务APP涉老服务直接关系老年群体利益,在国家推进APP适老化改造背景下,研究老年用户体验对政务服务APP适老化设计具有重要意义.文章以省级政务服务APP闽政通为例,运用多样本访谈法收集老年用户使用情况,利用扎根理论进行资料编码与分析,提炼老年用户体验构成维度和影响因素,并借助SOR理论,从人机交互视角进行逻辑归纳,提取每一用户体验维度的形成路径,最后在构建用户体验形成机理理论模型的基础上给出优化用户体验的适老化设计路径.
Abstract
Age-friendly service of government service applications(apps)has a direct bearing on the interests of the elderly.In the context of the national promotion of the elderly-friendly transformation of apps,the study of elderly users'experience plays an important inspirational role in the senior-friendly design of government service apps.Taking the provincial government service app MinZhengTong as an example,this article conducts interviews to collect information on the use of the app by senior citizens,which is then coded and analyzed using a grounded theory approach.Thus,the constructs and influencing factors of the older users'experience are unfolded.With the help of SOR theory,a logical induction from a human-computer interaction perspective is performed to extract the formation path of each user experience dimension.Based on a theoretical model of the formation mechanism of user experience,an age-friendly design path for optimizing user experience is presented.
