Abstract
The Open Access movement has contributed much to the optimization of the scholarly communication system.In recent years,transformative agreements have been playing a fundamental role in the Open Access movement,and more and more governments and scholarly institutions have approved transformative agreements.In this aritcle,a total of 534 transformative agreements all over the world signed between 2014 and 2022 are collected.Then,it makes an content analysis of the 534 transformative agreements,and summarizes their basic features.In the end,it discusses the problems in current transformative agreements,and then proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
