摘要
图书馆员是图书馆事业发展的关键因素之一,关注图书馆员的主观幸福感对图书馆员个人、图书馆事业发展都有重要意义.为把握当代图书馆从业者的心理感受情况,文章在全国全行业展开"当代图书馆员'快乐指数'再测量与变迁研究".研究发现:当代图书馆员的主观幸福感为7.27分,不同图书馆员之间存在差异;影响当代图书馆员主观幸福感的9个主要因素是性别、年龄与馆龄、学历与专业教育、子女数量、其他行业从业背景、收入、馆类型、地区、居住地环境等.
Abstract
The subjective well-being of librarians,who play a key role in the development of librarianship,is of great significance to individual librarians,library profession,and cultural development.We have conducted a nationwide study on"Remeasurement and Change of Contemporary Librarians'Happiness Index"to grasp the psychological feelings of contemporary librarians.The study suggests that the subjective well-being of contemporary librarians in China is 7.27,with differences among different librarians;the nine major factors affecting the subjective well-being of contemporary librarians are gender,age and years in the library,academic and professional education,number of children,background in other professions,income,type of library,region,and residential environment.
