A Quantitative Study of Subjective Well-being of Contemporary Librarians
Based on the data from a questionnaire survey on the happiness index of contemporary librarians,this article uses data analysis methods such as independent samples T-test and one-way ANOVA to analyze the influencing factors of librarians'subjective well-being,focusing on gender,age,title,education,position,type of library,region,and income.The study indicates that there are significant differences in librarians'subjective well-being scores due to personal characteristics,professional characteristics,type of library,region,and income.
