A Multiple Regression Analysis Model of Librarians'Subjective Well-being
In order to explore the relationship between librarians'subjective well-being and its influencing factors(the variables),this article fits a multiple regression equation by conducting multiple linear regression with librarians'basic information,job satisfaction in six subdimensions and organizational commitment in three subdimensions as the independent variables,and librarians'subjective well-being as the dependent variable.The study shows that,among all the independent variables,the sense of work value is the most influential variable on librarians'subjective well-being;the three subdimensions of organizational commitment all affect librarians'subjective well-being to a certain extent,and the influence of organizational climate satisfaction on subjective well-being should not be ignored.In addition,the individual characteristics such as gender,health and years in the library also have a positive or negative impact on librarians'subjective well-being.
