Evaluation and Optimization of Mobile Medical Consultation System Design from a Perceived Value Perspective
The article evaluates the design of mobile medical consultation system(or,mHealth consultation system)from the perspective of perceived value, studies the priority of design elements, and explores the optimization design methods.Using the method of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),it develops an evaluation system of mHealth consultation system based on five dimensions of perceived value. In this way,the weights of evaluation indexes and formulas are calculated. In addition, the mHealth consultation system is optimized in terms of the importance of design elements.Data of the two design solutions before and after optimization are obtained from 30 participants by Likert scale, and a comparative analysis of the evaluation results is conducted. This study suggests that the evaluation method based on perceived value is feasible and effective, which points out the focus and goal for the design of the mHealth consultation system.Developing an evaluation system of mHealth consultation system can avoid the subjectivity during the design process. To improve the perceived value of users in all aspects, the system can be designed and developed focusing on functional value, emotional value, efficiency value, knowledge sharing value and trust value.
