A Study on the Factors Influencing High-value Patents and Topic Mining in the Field of Nanodrugs
Exploring the influencing factors and themes of high-value patents is conducive to forward-looking patent strategies made by governments and companies,and has positive implications for seizing technological opportunities and gaining competitive advantage.The article first draws on patent data,uses factor analysis to calculate the comprehensive value score of patents,and selects high-value patents based on the Pareto principle(80/20 rule);then it conducts feature analysis,difference analysis,and regression analysis on patent indicators and their classification labels to explore the factors affecting patent value;finally,it uses the BERTopic model to screen high-value patent themes.The empirical analysis of the patent data of"nanodrugs"shows that this method can effectively explore the strong influencing factors of patent value,and the screened high-value patents are highly consistent with the results obtained by other methods.
