Research Progress in Unlocking the Value of Data Elements
In the era of digital economy,data has become an important factor of production,releasing its value through open sharing and market-oriented allocation.Based on the literature,this paper explores the characteristics of data as a factor of production in detail,elaborates in depth on the theory,path,and problems of releasing the value of data elements,analyzes the current data factor identification,pricing mechanism and value release process,discusses the modes and paths of data factor value release for different subjects such as government data,enterprise data and personal data,and points out the future research directions for releasing the value of data elements.
