摘要
党的二十届三中全会对中国式现代化新征程作出系统谋划和部署,将"深化文化体制机制改革"作为进一步全面深化改革的重要内容之一,明确了"优化文化服务和文化产品供给机制"的改革任务.结合当前及今后我国现代公共文化服务体系的改革发展任务来看,应不断夯实文化强国的公共文化服务支撑力、顺应时势升级公共文化服务的生产力、城乡融合发展增强公共文化服务的协调力、培育人才队伍锻造公共文化服务的可持续发展能力,以"四力协同"进一步优化公共文化服务机制,推动公共文化服务高质量发展迈上新台阶.
Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made systematic plans and arrangements for the new journey of Chinese-style modernization,taking"in-depth reform of cultural systems and mechanisms"as the key element for further deepening reform comprehensively,and clearly defining the reform task of"optimizing the supply system of cultural services and cultural products".In view of the current and future reform and development tasks of China's modern public cultural service system,it is imperative to continuously consolidate the support of public cultural services for a powerful cultural country,upgrade the productivity of public cultural services in accordance with the current situation,enhance the coordination power of public cultural services through integrated urban-rural development,and cultivate talents to forge the sustainable development capability of public cultural services.Through coordination in the four dimensions,the mechanism of public cultural services can be further optimized and the high-quality development of public cultural services can be promoted to a new level.
