基于专利数据识别领域内新兴技术主题,有利于准确把握未来技术发展趋势。文章建立专利引用关系网反映技术集群程度,基于Louvain社区发现算法进行引用网络聚类得到初始社区,设计核心-边缘标签传播的重叠社区发现算法得到重叠专利集;将获取的重叠专利数据集作为候选新兴技术,构建新兴技术识别指标体系判断候选集中新兴技术专利,并进行主题挖掘。研究发现:将Louvain算法与核心-边缘标签传播算法相结合可得到高质量的重叠社区;基于重叠社区、多维度测度指标及LDA模型,能更能全面、准确获得新兴技术主题。
Identification of Emerging Technologies Based on Overlapping Community
Identifying emerging technology themes based on patent data is beneficial for accurately grasping future technology trends.This article creates a patent citation network to reflect the degree of technological clustering,develops an initial community through the citation network clustering based on the Louvain community discovery algorithm,and designs an overlapping community discovery algorithm of core-edge label propagation to obtain the overlapping patent dataset.Taking the overlapping patent dataset as a candidate emerging technology,it establishes an emerging technology identification index system to judge the patents of emerging technologies in the candidate set,and performs topic mining.This study suggests that:combining Louvain algorithm with core-edge label propagation algorithm can obtain high-quality overlapping communities;based on overlapping communities,multi-dimensional metrics,and LDA model,emerging technology topics can be accessed more comprehensively and accurately.
