Digital Literacy in China's Elderly Population:Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths
By means of grounded theory,this paper conducts a semi-structured interview with 20 older people,develops a theoretical model of the factors influencing the digital literacy of the elderly by using Nvivo 11 three-level coding technology,and analyzes the internal correlations and functional pathways of the main categories of senior citizens'digital literacy.The study suggests that the digital literacy of the elderly population,which is influenced by factors such as subjective awareness,usage experience,social interaction,statistical characteristics,digital support and digital ecology,can be improved both internally and externally through a combination of digital knowledge and skills and digital attitudes.
