加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学,归根结底是建构中国自主的知识体系,信息资源管理学科亟需走出一条自主知识体系建构特色之路.文章结合信息资源管理学科发展现状、时代环境和使命担当,分析其自主知识体系的建构基础和制约因素,进而提出把握关键特征、坚守建构原则、明晰建构路径的三步策略,尝试回答学科自主知识体系建构"为何必要""以何基础""有何挑战""如何推进"四大关键问题,助力信息资源管理学科加快自主知识体系建构.
Abstract
Establishing an independent knowledge base is the key to accelerating the development of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and the discipline of information resource management(IRM)urgently needs to find a way to establish its own independent knowledge system.This paper analyzes the foundations and constraints of the independent IRM knowledge system,focusing on its development status,the times and its missions.It proposes a three-step strategy of grasping the key features,adhering to the founding principles and clarifying the development path,trying to answer the four key questions of"why it is necessary""what is the basis""what are the challenges"and"how to go forward",so as to accelerate the establishment of the independent knowledge system for IRM discipline.
