用户需求视角下高校图书馆全场景学科服务模型构建

摘要
在信息技术迅速发展与用户需求快速变化的数智时代,探讨全场景化与学科服务发展的融合点,创新高校图书馆学科服务模式,对学科服务的未来发展意义重大.文章以场景理论为基础,提出高校图书馆全场景学科服务的概念,构建由技术保障场景、智慧服务场景、用户交互场景组成的高校图书馆全场景学科服务模型,探讨模型中场景环境与用户需求之间的关系,有助于高校图书馆学科服务模式的理论探索与实践运用,为高校图书馆学科服务体系的建设提供现实依据.
Abstract
In the era of digital intelligence,with the rapid development of information technology and the rapid change of user needs,it is of great significance to explore the integration point of full-scene and discipline service development and innovate the discipline service model of university libraries.Based on the scene theory,this study puts forward the concept of full-scene subject service in university library,constructs a full-scene subject service model of university library,which is composed of technical support scenes,intelligent service scenes and users interaction scenes,and discusses the relationship between scenes and users'needs in the model,which is helpful to the theoretical exploration and practical application of subject service in university library,and provides realistic basis for the construction of subject service system in university library.
