In the era of digital intelligence,users'needs have changed from traditional literature service to accurate knowledge service,and knowledge service has become one of the core functions of smart library.Exploring the knowledge service platform of smart library is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of public cultural services in the new era.Drawing on the relevant research results at home and abroad and taking the identification of the user personalized demand as a starting point,the paper puts forward user demand identification model for smart libraries,builds a user knowledge service platform,and explores the development strategy of the platform,in order to improve the knowledge service level of smart libraries,and provide some reference and inspiration for subsequent research.
