美国中小学图书馆支持乡村学校教育发展路径探析——基于IMLS"转变学校图书馆实践"项目

中小学图书馆作为服务教育教学的重要办学条件,在支持乡村教育振兴方面发挥着重要作用.采用网络调查法,以参加IMLS"转变学校图书馆实践"项目的35所美国乡村学区的中小学图书馆为调研对象,从这35所中小学图书馆的战略目标、资源建设、服务举措、空间改造4个方面分析其教育支持实践.发现其特点为:战略规划科学、参与教学授课、协同社会力量、分级提供服务.基于此,我国乡村中小学图书馆教育支持服务可采取以下发展路径:重构发展建设方向,提供教学授课服务,构建多元合作网络,提供差异化服务.
Elementary and middle school libraries,as an important condition for serving education and teaching,play an important role in supporting the revitalization of rural education.Using a web-based survey method,this paper takes 35 elementary and middle school libraries participating in the IMLS"Transforming School Library Practice"program in rural school districts in the U.S as the research object,and analyzes their educational support practices in terms of their strategic goals,resource development,service initiatives,and spatial transformation.It is found that its characteristics are:scientific strategic planning,participation in teaching and learning,collaboration with social forces,and hierarchical service provision.Based on this,China's rural primary and secondary school libraries can adopt the following development paths for their educational support services:restructuring the development and construction direction,providing teaching and learning services,building a diversified cooperation network,and providing differentiated services.
