美国公共图书馆家庭参与理念的实践探析——以"图书馆家庭空间"项目为例

图书馆家庭空间是美国图书馆家庭参与服务的经典项目.文章以此项目为例,分析其发展路径和理论支撑依据,从人员培训、空间服务、机构合作、项目评估4方面总结项目特征,探讨家庭共同参与儿童早期教育的模式.我国公共图书馆可以引入该项目的服务理念,从强化馆员培训、优化空间资源、精准服务对象、搭建评估框架4个方面借鉴其服务经验.
Abstract
Family Place Libraries is a classic program of family engagement service in American libraries.Taking this program as an example,this paper analyzes its development path and theoretical support basis,summarizes the program characteristics from four aspects:librarian training,space service,institutional cooperation and program evaluation,and discusses the model of family engagement in early childhood education.This paper proposes that Chinese public libraries can introduce the service concept of this program,and learn from its service experience from four aspects:strengthening personnel training,optimizing space resources,accurately serving objects,and building an evaluation framework.
