It is of great significance to analyze the causes of reading anxiety among young people and put forward countermeasures.The influential factors of reading anxiety among young people were extracted and determined by referring to the research ideas of grounded theory.ISM and MICMAC are used to explore and reveal the hierarchical relationship and influence degree among various factors.According to the calculation results,the dependent group factors in MICMAC are the same as those in the direct layer of ISM,the independent group factors are the same as most of the factors in the root layer of ISM,and the spontaneous group factors are the same as those in the middle layer of ISM,indicating that there is internal interaction and correlation between the calculation results of ISM and MICMAC.Finally,the resolution strategy is proposed from the aspects of government guidance,media integration,individual needs and content optimization,so as to provide a valuable reference for the improvement of national reading quality.
