The promotion of data ethics governance is an important requirement for constructing a Chinese-style modern data governance system.This article systematically outlines the main contents of the UK government's Data Ethics Framework through website surveys and literature reviews,mainly including three overarching principles,namely transparency,accountability,and fairness,as well as five specific actions such as"define and understand public benefit and user needs".It also summarizes the governance experience of framework formulation and implementation.Drawing on the experience from the UK government's Data Ethics Framework,the Chinese government can coordinate multiple departments to construct the data ethics framework system,formulate a comprehensive data ethics framework centered on people,implement legal norms to achieve data ethics governance in accordance with the law,and improve the multi-subject collaborative governance mechanism for government data ethics.
