In the context of the country's in-depth promotion of reading for all, human libraries and reading promoters are important tools for the high-quality development of reading promotion.Clarifying the relationship between the two and promoting their interaction and synergy can not only broaden the scope of theoretical research on reading promotion, but also help to standardize the activities of reading promotion and enhance their effectiveness.Based on the development history of human libraries and reading promoters,as well as their research and practice in China,it is found that there are some differences between the two in terms of service purposes, modes, targets, and requirements, but there is also a greater correlation between the two.Based on the theory of value co-creation and the theory of role interaction,we establish the interactive development model of the two, that is,through the value interaction between human libraries and reading promoters,a value community is formed under the guidance of value consensus, and value co-creation is realized through different role interactions(role-playing,role conversion and role adaptation). This interactive model enables the organic combination of human libraries and reading promoters to complement each other and influence each other,so that the functions and utility of both can be fully realized, and together they form a more complete value co-creation system for reading promotion. In order to deepen the interactive development model constructed above,it is proposed to establish a sound system of professional standards for reading promotion, strengthen the construction of a platform for training talents in reading promotion, and construct evaluation indexes for composite talents in reading promotion, and other strategies.
