Digital navigator service is the most effective and direct way to promote community digital inclusion.In recent years,it has been adopted and applied by a large number of public libraries in America.This article uses online research and content analysis to clarify the origin and connotation of digital guides in the United States,and analyzes the current status and practical characteristics of digital guide services in American public libraries.Following the"National Digital Literacy and Skills Improvement Action"and"Smart Community Construction",it is proposed that public libraries in China can collaborate with stakeholders in cities with districts to create a digital guide service ecosystem and promote digital inclusion in regional communities through five measures simultaneously,including promoting local multi-agent collaboration,developing digital inclusion program funds,and improving the training of digital guides.
