This article focuses on analyzing 10 information literacy education documents released by the Ministry of Education.These documents can be categorized into three historical stages:the document retrieval stage,the coexistence stage of literature retrieval and information literacy,and the information literacy stage.By examining the formulation and content of these documents,the article analyzes their release characteristics in different historical stages,explores the evolution of information literacy documents from five perspectives:implementation subject,goal concept,education object,system structure,curriculum model,and content system and proposes to reconstruct the path of information literacy education in colleges and universities through five approaches:improving the top-level design,establishing a comprehensive information literacy education system,creating an information-centered teaching system,achieving a harmonized development of teaching models,and optimizing the information literacy education content system.
