短视频平台中公共图书馆公众形象构建维度研究

随着新媒体兴起,图书馆等公共文化机构逐渐重视在新媒体平台上构建、宣传自身的公众形象.文章通过收集省级及以上公共图书馆在抖音短视频平台上发布视频作品的量化数据,发现公共图书馆在短视频平台上形象构建维度主要包括图书馆设施、图书馆业务、图书馆社会服务、图书馆形象宣传和社会热点互动,在培育用户、社交互动方面仍有待提升.
With the rise of new media,public cultural institutions such as libraries have gradually paid attention to building and promoting their public image on new media platforms.By collecting the quantitative data of the video works released by public libraries at the provincial level and above on the Douyin short video platform,this paper finds that the dimensions of image construction for public libraries on short video platforms mainly include library facilities,library business,library social services,library image promotion,and social hot topic interaction.However,there is room for improvement in user cultivation and social interaction.
