To optimize the quality of LSP(Library Service Platforms),this study empirically investigated the factors affecting users'continuous intention to use LSP,thereby proposing strategies to optimize service quality. The research model was developed by using the S-O-R(Stimulus-Organism-Response)theory as a logical framework, integrating the information system success model and the expectation confirmation model, and introducing autonomy variables. The questionnaire method was used to collect data and then SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 software were used to validate the variables and hypotheses contained in the model. The results indicate that expectation confirmation and satisfaction positively affect the continuous intention to use.System quality positively influences expectation confirmation, service quality positively affects expectation confirmation, satisfaction and autonomy, and information quality positively affects expectation confirmation and satisfaction, indirectly influencing the continuous usage intention. However, the impact of system quality on satisfaction was not validated.
