Understanding and studying the spatial structure characteristics of the development of regional public cultural services is conducive to optimizing the spatial layout and promoting the coordinated development of public cultural services.Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research area, this paper measures the spatial correlation among the cities in the region by modifying the gravity model, analyzes the network characteristics of the spatial correlation of regional public cultural services by means of social network analysis. The regional allocation of public cultural service level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is significantly different, showing the spatial distribution characteristics of"high in the north and low in the south",forming a"double-core-edge"spatial relationship. The interaction of public cultural services in the region is frequent, and the overall network density is high. The northern part of the region, especially Beijing, has strong radiation, and the cities in the central and southern regions are susceptible to the influence of peripheral radiation. There are agglomeration effects within the regional spatial correlation network, and and there is transmission path of factors between the plates. The region presents a"point-axis-group"spatial development model. And finally, the regional spatial development model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will be constructed.
