The Future Learning Center is a new type of grassroots learning organization,and the Future Learning Center space demonstrates its innovative value by empowering the digital transformation,connotative development and innovative transformation of higher education.Clarifying the value path,conceptual trend,characteristic cases,and implementation framework of its spatial scene construction can help reshape the spatial format and assist the transformation practice of university libraries.Using field research,deductive induction,and case analysis methods,this study examines the overall design of the learning space environment of representative university libraries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and analyzes the successful model of the"Future Classroom"of the Hong Kong Education University Library.The future learning center space highlights its innovative value in business formats through empowering higher education digital transformation,connotative development,and innovative transformation.The university libraries in the Greater Bay Area attach great importance to empowering the knowledge learning process through environmental creation measures such as extended reality design,technology embedding space,and equipment and facilities design,forming seven core concepts of spatial justice,flexibility,partition,common,inclusive,order,and healing.University libraries should build a future learning center spatial service framework around the dimensions of multi element nurturing education,the new space of future digital education,and multi-dimensional knowledge learning scenarios.
