Digital memory platform is an important channel for reproducing and disseminating excellent culture in the digital age,and resources are the basic elements of digital memory construction.Building a resource centered evaluation index system for digital memory platform construction can provide evaluation reference for the quality improvement,help identify resource construction problems and optimize the strategies.Firstly,based on literature research,this study preliminarily determines the composition of indicators;secondly,using Delphi method,experts in relevant field evaluates and revises the indicator system;then,combined with Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the weight of optimized index system is calculated to form a complete evaluation index system;finally,the digital platform Chinese Traditional Music Sound Archives is selected for empirical analysis.The evaluation index system consists of 5 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators,which is used to evaluate the development level of the selected platform,and its effectiveness and objectivity are verified.Based on the evaluation index weights and current practice,suggestions are made for future construction and resource optimization of digital memory platforms in China.
