中文摘要：《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标的建议》和《知识产权强国建设纲要(2021-2035)》,对知识产权信息服务创新生态建设提供了方向指引.因此,构建知识产权信息服务生态系统具有重要的战略意义.引入信息生态理论,围绕知识产权信息服务生态系统的组成要素、理论模型、特点及价值实现等维度,剖析知识产权信息服务生态系统的建构理路,并从信息流转逻辑和主体协同逻辑两个层面揭示知识产权信息服务生态系统的运行逻辑.知识产权信息服务生态系统的应用,弥合了服务供给与现实需求之间的鸿沟,为多元主体建立协同联动提供了契机,有利于营造良好的知识产权信息服务生态环境,实现价值增值和知识产权信息服务创新.

外文摘要：The CPC Central Committee's proposals for formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 and The Guidelines for Building a Powerful Country with Intellectual Property Rights(2021-2035),are key guidance for the construction of intellectual property innovation ecosystem.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance to build an ecosystem of intellectual property information services.This paper introduces the theory of information ecology,analyzes the construction of the intellectual property information service ecosystem from the dimensions of the components,theoretical models,characteristics and value realization of the intellectual property information service ecosystem,and reveals the operation logic of the intellectual property information service ecosystem from the two levels of information flow logic and subject collaboration logic.The application of intellectual property information service ecosystem bridges the gap between service supply and actual demand,provides an opportunity for multiple entities to establish collaborative linkage at low cost,which is conducive to creating a good ecological environment for intellectual property information service and realizing value addition and innovation of intellectual property information service.
