In the context of the Party and the state promoting the implementation of the national big data strategy,how to enable graduate students to understand the ethical norms and ethical principles in data-related fields,and to be able to make ethical technical and business behavior choices in their future studies and careers,should become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the analysis of the concept and structure of data credit,and the review of domestic and foreign data credit and related course practices,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the current status of data credit related course education.In this study,the data credit level was measured by means of questionnaire survey.The results show that the scores of all dimensions of data credit are at the middle and upper level,but the average score of data awareness thinking is high,while the average score of data ethics and data law policy is relatively low,and the construction objectives,course content and teaching mode of data credit general education courses are proposed accordingly.
