推动老年人数字融入:英国数字冠军实践及对我国公共图书馆的启示

摘要
多年来,英国众多利益相关者通过开展数字冠军工作已促使大量老年人融入数字社会.文章基于网络与文献调研,概述英国数字冠军的缘起和典型类型,探析英国数字冠军推动老年人数字融入的实践现状及特点,并在此基础上,综合国内政策要求提出公共图书馆"以设区的市为单位 联合当地利益相关者,将社区作为基层治理的基本单元,通过四措并举打造数字冠军服务生态,进而推动老年人数字融入.
Abstract
Over the years,numerous stakeholders in the UK have promoted the inclusion of a large number of elderly people into the digital society through digital champion work.Based on network and literature research,this article provides an overview of the origins and typical types of digital champions in the UK.It explores the current status and characteristics of digital champions in promoting the digital inclusion of the elderly in the UK.On this basis,taking into account the policy requirements in China,it is proposed that public libraries should work together with local stakeholders to establish communities as the basic unit of grassroots governance.Through four measures,a digital champion service ecosystem should be created to promote the digital inclusion of the elderly.
