The quantitative evaluation of the quality of digital academic services in university libraries can accurately identify weak links in services and provide a basis for innovation in service content and form.The article introduces the gap model of service quality,combines the characteristics of digital academic services in university libraries,takes into account the entire scientific research lifecycle process,extracts key elements that affect service quality,constructs a perception dimension index system that includes institutional support ability,data resource guarantee ability,process management service ability,technical support ability,and innovation feedback ability,and further uses the importance performance analysis method to evaluate the quality of digital academic services in T University Library,in order to explore paths for continuous improvement of digital academic service quality in university libraries.
