AIGC时代学科馆员人工智能素养现状及提升策略研究

学科馆员是高校图书馆中知识服务的中坚力量.随着AIGC时代来临,学科馆员的人工智能素养将会影响AIGC在高校图书馆的应用前景及学科服务的效率提升.从学科馆员的人工智能素养视角出发,通过问卷调研了解学科馆员的人工智能素养现况及其影响因素,并在此基础上从政策、社会、图书馆和馆员4个层面对学科馆员人工智能素养提升策略进行探讨,以期为AIGC时代图书馆的创新与变革提供参考.
Subject librarians serve as the backbone force in knowledge services within academic libraries,and with the advent of the AIGC era,their AI literacy significantly influences the prospects of AIGC application in academic libraries as well as the efficiency enhancement of subject services.This study starts from the perspective of AI literacy among subject librarians,and investigates the current status and the influencing factors of AI literacy of subject librarians through questionnaire surveys.Based on these findings,strategies for improving the AI literacy of subject librarians are discussed from four levels:policy,society,library,and librarian,aiming to provide references for innovation and transformation of libraries in the era of AIGC.
