基于胜任力模型的学科馆员服务能力提升路径研究

摘要
为有效提升学科馆员的专业素质,深入研究提升学科馆员能力的策略和方法,进一步推动学科服务的优化和升级,为图书馆学科服务提供有效的参考和借鉴,文章引入人力资源管理领域中的胜任力模型,抽取学科馆员胜任力关键指标,构建学科馆员四维胜任力模型.研究发现,学科馆员应从夯实基础信息保障基石、提高学科化服务职业素养、提升学科化服务与分析内涵、丰富学科发展战略研究咨询能力4个方面提升胜任力,完成从学科馆员到学科情报服务专家的转变.
Abstract
To comprehensively improve the competency of subject librarians,explore the path of subject librarians'competency enhancement,promote the transformation and upgrading of subject services,and create a professional and efficient subject service team to provide reference,the paper introduces the competency model in the field of human resource management,extracts the key indicators of subject librarian competency,and constructs a four-dimensional competency model for subject librarians.It is found that subject librarians should enhance their competency in four aspects,namely,enriching subject-specific professional knowledge,improving subject intelligence service ability,enhancing intrinsic professionalism,and establishing service consciousness and values,so as to complete the transformation from subject librarians to subject intelligence service experts.
