Based on the goal of high-quality development of public cultural services,this paper explores the practical approaches of high-quality development of rural public cultural services,and provides decision-making support for the construction of rural public cultural services.By means of literature research and network survey,30 rural cases among 51 typical cases of high-quality development of grassroots public cultural services issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and other departments are sorted out and analyzed,and their development features are summarized and deduced.The results show that the high-quality development of public cultural services in villages are characterized as diversification,socialization,integration and collaboration.The rural public cultural service needs to promote its development to a higher level by creating a"new form"for diversified governance,stimulating the"internal motivation"driven by quality,enhancing the"hard power"of integrated configuration,and creating a"soft environment"for cross-border governance.
