This paper explores the constituent elements and functional paths of user demand of public digital culture immersive experience space,and constructs a user demand model,aiming at providing practical guidance for public digital culture immersive experience space service.The semi-structured interview method is used to interview 25 users who have used the public digital culture immersive experience space,and the original interview data is coded and analyzed by the grounded theory method.The user needs of public digital culture immersive experience space include curiosity demand,scene demand,interaction demand,knowledge demand,and each demand is interdependent and mutually promoting.The immersive experience space of public digital culture should strengthen the immersive experience design,build multi-dimensional narrative space,empower multi-sensory interaction with technology,and deeply explore the local cultural connotation to meet the needs of users.
