Exploring the influencing factors of users'willingness to accept environmental literacy education in libraries can bring lessons for libraries to improve the level of environmental literacy education,which is conducive to enhancing the ecological and environmental literacy of the public.Based on the Information Adoption Model,Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology,Theory of Reasoned Action,the study constructed a research model about the influencing factors of the users'willingness to accept environmental literacy education of library,and used SEM,QCA method,NCA method to conduct an empirical research.The study found that information quality and source credibility positively influenced perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness,effort expectations,social influence,convenience conditions,and environmental values positively influenced the acceptance willingness of environmental literacy education of library.Perceived usefulness was identified as a necessary condition that played a limiting role in the willingness to accept environmental literacy education.After that,the study constructed 6 sets of antecedent configurations about the willingness(not)to accept environmental literacy education.Finally,suggestions about the content of education,support conditions,working mechanisms and cooperation programs were proposed in order to improve the willingness for users to accept environmental literacy education in libraries.
