In the process of equalizing the public cultural service system,the standardized construction of public libraries is an indispensable part.To systematically analyze the current situation of public library standardization construction in China,this article utilizes literature review and bibliometric analysis methods to conduct a comprehensive survey of the thematic distribution of issued public library standards,regional standardization progress,drafting units,content analysis,and the implementation of local standards.The findings highlight that China's public library standardization is centered on service standards,driven by local standards,and built collaboratively by multiple stakeholders.However,issues such as regional imbalances in standard development,outdated standards,lagging review awareness,and insufficient enforcement of standards are identified.The article suggests some strategies such as promoting balanced regional standard development,enhancing awareness of standardization and periodic reviews,leveraging local strength to expand the application of standards,and establishing mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of standards implementation.These measures aim to advance the balanced and high-quality development of China's public cultural service system.
