Value co-creation provides a new perspective for exploring the integration of culture and tourism in public libraries,and has positive significance for its theoretical construction.Based on the theory of value co-creation,this paper explores the internal mechanism,form and path of the integration of culture and tourism in public libraries.The research shows that the integration of culture and tourism in public libraries under the value co-creation is guided by the integration of ideas and is based on the interweaving of culture and tourism elements,so as to realize the value integration and co-creation from the external field space to the internal mechanism layer by layer.It is the internal mechanism to establish the tourism public as the main body,clarify the cultural resources as the core content,and establish the goal of serving tourists.Cultural resources,creativity and digital immersion are its main modes.Scientific and reasonable government guidance,the creation of a complete talent system and an efficient and coordinated value co-creation mechanism are its path choices.
