Based on the European Digital Competence Framework(DigComp2.2)and the Digital Literacy Global Framework(DLGF),and drawing upon both domestic and international literature and praxis related to digital scholarly services in academic libraries,as well as conducting interviews with research users,this paper proposes the connotation of digital academic literacy,and comprehensively constructs a literacy framework for university research users from the aspects of digital device and software operation,academic information and data literacy,digital scholarly communication and collaboration,digital scholarly content creation,academic security and ethics,and academic problem-solving.The paper also analyzes the capacity expansion in the context of open science,particularly in relation to open educational resources,the utilization of open academic infrastructure,and open scholarly communication.Building upon this analysis,the paper presents a 5A strategy model for cultivating digital scholarly literacy in academic library settings within the context of open science.
