Research progress of high temperature resistant adhesive
The development of high temperature resistant adhesive at home and abroad was summarized.The properties,modified methods and applications of the organic adhesives which include epoxy resin,phenolic resin,silicone resin,polyimide and other nitrogen-containing heterocyclic polymers,and inorganic adhesives which contain phosphate,silicate,metal and ceramic were discussed in detail.Finally,the further development trends of high temperature resistant adhesive were prospected.
