Research progress on preparation and application of pitch-based carbon fiber
Pitch-based carbon fiber is a kind of carbon fiber prepared from pitch.As a strategic new material,it is widely used in aero-space,military and industrial fields.In this paper,the properties of general grade and high performance pitch-based carbon fibers are introduced.The research progress of preparation methods of pitch-based carbon fibers is elaborated.The industrialization development and application research progress of pitch-based carbon fibers are reviewed.The development necessity of pitch-based carbon fibers in China is pointed out.
