过程加氢工艺制备炭质中间相沥青的研究

以FCC富芳烃油为原料,选取十氢萘为供氢剂,采用过程加氢工艺制备中间相沥青.对中间相产物的结构性质进行表征分析,考察在反应过程中引入氢原子对中间相结构形成的影响规律.结果表明:两段过程加氢所制备的中间相沥青各向异性结构含量较高,且微晶结构更为有序;但当过程加氢次数过多时,中间相结构较难形成,微晶结构缺陷较多.对炭化反应过程进行适度加氢改性,可以有效改善中间相沥青的光学各向异性结构和微晶结构.
Preparation of mesophase pitch by in-process hydrogenation technology
Mesophase pitch was prepared from FCC aromatic-rich oil by in-process hydrogenation.The influence of hydrogenation agent addition on the formation and development of mesophase structure was investigated.Results show that mesophase pitch produced by two-stage hydrogenation possesses higher anisotropic content and better microcrystalline structure.However,more hydrogenation times will lead to low content of mesophase and more microcrystal defect structure.The optical anisotropic structure and microcrystal structure of mesophase pitch could be improved by moderating in-process hydrogenation effectively.
