微粉吸附技术在焙烧炉烟气处理中的研究与应用

传统焙烧烟气净化系统,采用电捕焦油器+湿式脱硫+湿式电除尘的工艺技术路线,该工艺设备使用年限较长,存在着设备腐蚀、电捕冲洗水二次污染、电捕着火、电捕净化效率逐渐降低、维修量大、捕集下来的焦油属于危险废物,难以处理等问题,且该工艺对高致癌物质苯并芘没有好的处理效果,不能实现长期稳定达标排放.而采用微粉吸附技术除去烟气中的颗粒物和沥青烟,同时不再产生固体废物、危险废物,实现环保超低排放的目标.
Research and application of micro-powder adsorption technology in flue gas treatment of baking furnace
The traditional roasting flue gas purification system adopts the technical route of tar catcher+wet desulfurization+wet elec-tric dust removal.There are some problems such as equipment corrosion,secondary pollution of electric capture washing water,electric capture firing,gradually decreasing purification efficiency of electric capture,large maintenance amount,and the captured tarbelonging to dangerous waste which is difficult to deal with.Moreover,the process has no treatment effect on benzopyrene,which is a highly carci-nogenic substance,and can not achieve long-term stable emission standard.The micro-powder adsorption technology removes particulate matter and asphalt smoke in the flue gas,and no longer produces solid waste and hazardous waste,achieving the goal of ultra-low emission of environmental protection.
