石墨电极接头螺纹车削机理的实验研究

为了探明石墨电极接头螺纹加工的性能,利用YG8硬质合金螺纹车刀、PCD金刚石螺纹车刀以及HSS高速钢螺纹车刀对石墨电极接头进行螺纹切削实验,探究不同刀具材质、不同切削参数对石墨电极接头螺纹加工的影响.经过分析,在给定切削深度下,随着切削速度vc增大,进给力Ff和切向力Fc逐渐减小.在给定切削速度下,随着切削深度ap增大,进给力Ff和切向力Fc逐渐增大.并且通过对比不同刀具,PCD刀具的切削性能要优于YG8刀具和HSS刀具.保证最小切削力的前提下,最佳刀具材质为PCD刀具,最佳的切削参数为vc=30 m·min-1、ap=0.1480 mm.
Experimental study on the thread turning mechanism of graphite electrode joints
Graphite electrode joint is an important part to ensure a firm and stable connection between graphite electrodes.However,the domestic research on graphite electrode joint cutting started late and is generally still in the laboratory research stage.In order to explore the performance of graphite electrode thread machining,this paper carries out thread cutting experiments on graphite joints by using YG8 cemented carbide thread turning cutter,PCD diamond thread turning cutter,and HSS high-speed steel thread turning cutter to in-vestigate the effects of different tool materials and cutting parameters on graphite electrode thread machining,and the graphite electrode thread machining is analysed by using YG8 carbide thread turning cutter,PCD diamond thread turning cutter,and HSS high-speed steel thread turning cutter.After analysis,at a given depth of cut,the feed force Ff and tangential forceFc gradually decrease with the in-crease of cutting speed vc.At a given cutting speed,as the depth of cut ap increases,the feed force Ff and tangential force Fc gradually increase.And by comparing different tools,the cutting performance of PCD tool is better than YG8 and HSS tools.Under the premise of ensuring the minimum cutting force,the best tool material is PCD tool,and the best cutting parameters are vc=30 m·min-1、ap=0.148 0 mm.
